Jamieson Probiotic 10 Billion CFU is a daily probiotic supplement designed to support intestinal and gastrointestinal health. Containing 14 unique probiotic strains with a guaranteed 10 billion CFU per capsule, it helps promote the establishment of beneficial gut flora and maintains daily digestive balance for adults and children.

Directions:

• Children 3–5 years (adult supervision required): Once daily, empty the contents of 1 capsule into food, yogurt, etc., and stir until completely dissolved. Do not add to warm or hot food or beverages.
• Adults, adolescents, and children 6 years and older: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.
• Take at least 2–3 hours before or after taking antibiotics.
