Returns and Exchanges
If you find any damage or quality issues after receiving the product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide the following information:
- Name
- Order number
- Contact number
- Product name
- Reason for return/exchange
- Relevant photos (mandatory)
After confirmation by customer service, we will assist in arranging a return, exchange, or refund.
This store reserves the right to reject applications for returns or exchanges that have not been confirmed by customer service or that do not follow the instructions.
Return and Exchange Conditions
To ensure food safety and hygiene, returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product that has been opened or used
- Deterioration due to improper storage
- Man-made damage (e.g., deformation, dampness, etc.)
- Due to personal taste or preference
- Minor damage to the outer packaging that does not affect product quality
Shipping and Responsibility
- Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt to ensure they are complete and correct.
- If damage occurs during shipping, please take photos immediately and contact customer service.
- If delays or losses occur due to incorrect recipient information, the customer is responsible.
- Refund requests will not be accepted for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or government departments.
Refund Arrangement
- After confirming that the return conditions are met.
- The customer is responsible for arranging the return of the goods (shipping costs to be borne by the customer). It is recommended to use a courier service with tracking (e.g., SF Express) to ensure safe delivery.
- After receiving the goods, this store will process the refund using the original payment method within 7 working days.
Exchange Arrangement
- Each order is eligible for one return/exchange service only.
- After confirmation, the customer is responsible for mailing the goods back (shipping costs to be borne by the customer).
- Upon confirmation of receipt of the goods, this store will arrange to reship the product.
Other Terms
- All product images are for reference only; the actual product shall prevail.
- This store reserves the right to refuse malicious or excessive returns.
