Order Processing Time

All orders will be dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. Thank you for your patience 🌿

You will receive an email with a tracking number after dispatch, allowing you to check the shipping status at any time.

Shipping Fees & Delivery Time

Delivery Time:
Approximately 2–3 business days to reach the designated pickup point after dispatch.

Shipping Fees:

  • 🛍 Orders over HKD $300 → Free Shipping
  • 🚚 Orders under HKD $300 → Flat rate shipping fee of HKD $15

Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you can track its delivery progress at any time using the tracking number provided in the email.

Friendly Reminder:
Please ensure the following are correct:
✔ Hong Kong mobile number (for SMS notifications)
✔ Pickup location code / address

If returned due to:

  • Expired pickup period
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Incomplete address

A redelivery fee of HK$15 will be charged.

Order Changes

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or canceled.
