Online Shopping Steps

1. Log in to the YouCanNatural Online Store
Log in to your account, or shop as a guest.

2. Select Products
Choose the products and quantities you wish to purchase, then click "Add to Cart".

3. View Cart
Click on the "Cart" icon in the top right corner and select "View Cart" to review your selected products and quantities.

4. Select Delivery Method
Choose a suitable delivery method, then click "Proceed to Checkout".

5. Fill in Details and Make Payment
Complete your billing information and delivery address, and select a payment method. All orders are settled in **Hong Kong Dollars (HKD)**.

6. Confirm Order
After verifying the products, quantities, delivery address, shipping fees, and payment information, click "Place Order" to complete your purchase.

7. Order Processing and Shipment
Once payment is confirmed, we generally process and ship orders within 1–2 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). We will notify customers via email once the order has been dispatched.
If you do not receive the email, please check your "Spam" or "Junk" folder as well.

8. Receive Order
Under normal circumstances, customers can expect to receive their items within approximately 3–4 working days after the order is dispatched. Actual delivery times may vary due to logistics arrangements, weather, and other uncontrollable factors.
